Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the goods, without giving a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive and Dutch law. Details on how to exercise this right, exclusions (e.g. custom-made items), and refunds are set out in our Return Policy.
Product Information
We strive to display our handmade products as accurately as possible. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our items, slight variations in color, size, and texture may occur. These variations are inherent to handmade goods and are not considered defects.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in Euros and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Payment is required at the time of order placement for standard items or according to agreed terms for custom pieces.
Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund for any payments received.
Delivery
We deliver within the Netherlands and may offer delivery to other countries by arrangement. Delivery costs and estimated delivery times will be clearly indicated before you complete your order. You will receive confirmation and, where applicable, tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are created specifically for you based on agreed specifications. Once production has begun on a custom piece, cancellations may not be possible. Please ensure all details are confirmed before production starts.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yluzarinouzelei shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of our products.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yluzarinouzelei, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the website or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
